About Dupuytren’s Solutions
Dupuytren’s Solutions was created to provide clear, balanced, and comprehensive guidance for individuals newly diagnosed and living with Dupuytren’s Contracture and related connective tissue disorders.
This platform brings together conventional research, emerging science, patient education, and lived experience in one structured, easy-to-navigate resource.

This site does not promote a single solution. Dupuytren’s Contracture varies from person to person, and treatment decisions should be individualized.
Our mission is to provide structure, clarity, and reliable information — so you can move forward with confidence rather than confusion.
Whether you are newly diagnosed, managing progression, or exploring long-term strategies, this resource is designed to support you.
We are continuously expanding and refining this platform to better serve the Dupuytren’s community.
You are not alone — and informed decisions are powerful ones.
About Martiele Swanko
I’m Martiele Swanko, and this site was born from my own journey navigating Dupuytren’s Contracture.
Like many people facing this diagnosis, I quickly discovered that information was scattered, inconsistent, and often overwhelming. Conventional options were discussed in isolation. Alternative perspectives were difficult to evaluate. Research findings were buried in medical journals.
I created Dupuytren’s Solutions to bridge those gaps.
Over time, I have worked extensively with medical research, interviewed physicians and patients, and studied the connective tissue and metabolic factors often associated with fibrotic conditions. My goal has always been simple:
To organize the information clearly so individuals can make informed, thoughtful decisions about their care.
